These terms apply to the Signalbox app on every platform, to Signalbox Pro and to the optional Signalbox account (together, "Signalbox"). By using Signalbox you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Signalbox.

1. Signalbox is a player only

Signalbox is a media player. It does not provide, host, sell or recommend any channels, playlists, streams or other content, and it is not affiliated with any content provider. Everything you watch in Signalbox comes from sources that you add yourself.

2. Your sources and your responsibility

3. Signalbox Pro and purchases

4. The optional account

5. Privacy

How Signalbox handles data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

6. Open-source licence

The Signalbox app source code is licensed under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 (MPL-2.0). Your rights to the code are set out in that licence; nothing in these terms limits them. The Signalbox name and logo are not covered by the code licence and may not be used to suggest that a modified version is ours.

7. No warranty

Signalbox is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that any source you add will work with Signalbox.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of Signalbox or of the sources you add. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in the app or on this site. Continuing to use Signalbox after a change means you accept the updated terms.
